Grace Choi is the founder of Larabee and leads the company’s operations, sales, and marketing. She is an experienced qualitative researcher and writer, food scholar, and classically trained chef. Prior to Larabee, Grace taught undergraduate and graduate coursework in food studies and food psychology for NYU and The New School, worked in professional restaurants in New York City and Italy, and gained food production expertise through the Cooking Channel and Food Network where she developed recipes for and hosted the short-form interstitial “Cooking with Grace.” She received her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, Grand Diplôme from the French Culinary Institute, and Ph.D from New York University.

Maarten Sundman is an accomplished software architect and technology leader who has been building highly impactful enterprise solutions with best in breed practices for three decades. His work at companies such as Carlotz and Slalom Consulting has been highlighted at industry events and won accolades from industry leaders and clients alike. Maarten founded and successfully exited a software company called ACinch, where his entirely remote team’s collaboration and productivity tools enabled clients to raise millions of dollars in capital. His speed, depth, breath, and experience leads Maarten to be a trusted advisor and mentor to both developers and engineering teams.

Shara Levy is a corporate attorney turned entrepreneur. Her passion for innovation and market strategy led her to leave the practice of law to found The Aisle New York - an invitation-only digital home for designer bridal fashion and commerce that maintained exclusive brand partnerships with the most prominent players in the fashion industry. At the Aisle, Shara oversaw brand and marketing operations, partnerships, corporate governance, and fundraising, and she brings this wealth of expertise to strategic operations and business practices to Larabee. Shara is a proud University of Florida alumna and graduate of St. Thomas School of Law.

Chris Berg is a seasoned product executive leading transformation and growth across people, technology, and products in the global software market.  He is a digital transformation expert across industries with much of it focused on forms of AI automation.  He brings a track record of strategy and innovation leveraging existing resources and investment resulting in sustainable growth, new products, services and process. He holds a B.A. from Whitworth University in Sociology, and an M.Div. from Princeton Theological Seminary. Chris has a passion for Science Fiction and is the author of Divide By Zero.
